eBrisk Technology

eBrisk Video was founded in late 2009 to develop world-class real-time H.265/HEVC encoding solutions. The company introduced the first real-time H.265/HEVC 4K60fps/10bit encoder, which was demonstrated at NAB 2014.

Each of eBrisk’s encoding solutions comprises highly-x86-optimzed H.265/HEVC Main 10 conformant software that has been architected for multi-core platforms with large numbers of processing cores.

Video Quality

eBrisk’s H.265/HEVC encoding solutions achieve better video quality at half the bit rate of leading H.264 encoders, and better video quality than that of the most-competitive real-time HEVC video encoder.

eBrisk’s encoding solutions scale from Core i7-based platforms to multi-Xeon-core servers with incredible efficiency. For example, the HPE Edgeline® EL4000® 1-RU platform can support up to four 4K60fps/10bit/HDR video channels, or ten 1080p60fps/10bit/HDR video channels, or twenty 720p60fps/8bit video channels.

The high video quality, high density and very-rich set of features of eBrisk's real-time H.265/HEVC video encoding solutions has led to their rapid adoption by video broadcast & real-time video streaming market leaders over the past three years.
